    Newlight is Stocking a mouse and she kills it and scrapes dirt over it. "We'll pick that up lat-" "FOX" Pineshadow interrupts Brightstar *Sniff* "You're right" lets follow it's scent. *follows its scent* and hears growling and mewling. They see a fox crouching over a kit. Pineshadow leaps on the fox. "Back off fox dung." "Specklepaw grab the kit and bring it back to camp." Newlight and Brightstar leap on the fox and give it some wounds. It turns tail and runs. "Come on lets get back to camp."

    I think their's some badger too.

    You're right and the scent's fresh. Lets follow the trail. *They follow the trail and it leads to the Greatdrop* *They see a fox's and badger's body lying at the bottom of the fall*. They must have gotten in a fight and fallen over the edge. Lets hunt some and then report this to Brightstar.

    Yeah good idea their may be more around though so while one stalks the other should be on the lookout.

    Ok. *Looks around sees a squirrel and stalks up to it. but the wind changes and the squirrel makes a dash up the tree flamewhisker leaps and knocks the squirrel out of the tree. The squirrel dashes away right into Ferndapple's waiting paws. She kills it with a bite to the neck. They send a prayer to Starclan* Lets pick up our prey and report back to camp.

    Scorchpaw padded in carefully, Blazepaw and Rainpaw on either side. He shrugged them off and scented the air. "Mouse." he announced.
    Blazepaw looked around. "I see it."
    Scorchpaw snorted and asked, "Is there anything in front of me?"
    Rainpaw answered. "No, go ahead."
    Scorchpaw dropped low to the ground, his belly fur brushing the ground. He stalked lightly until he heard Blazepaw say, "Now." Scorchpaw pounced, alerting the mouse. It tried to get away, but the cat was too quick. He held it down and killed it. "Thank you StarClan!"

    "Well, I'm gonna go work. You guys can stay and hunt." Scorch mewed, then nosed his way out.
    "Alright." Blaze and Rain meowed at the same time.

    Breathe, stalking through the undergrowth, rolled quietly in a patch of wild garlic to mask her scent. Just in case. She pushed her nose through the leaves of a bush and peered out. She saw two cats about her age. Apparently, they saw her too. Because one leapt at her, but with claws sheathed. He pinned Breathe to the ground, one paw on each shoulder. The other cat, a she-cat, came bounding up.
    "Who are you and what are you doing here?" snarled the tom at Breathe.
    Breathe struggled under his paws, then mewed, "My name is Breathe, and I'm alone."
    The tom shrugged. "What are you doing here?"
    Breathe shrugged the best she could under his weight. "I don't know. I've been wandering for days."
    The tom looked at the she-cat, who nodded, and he let Breathe get up. She shook the dust and grass from her very light gray pelt. "Can I come with you?" she asked.

    Blazepaw was about to say "No" but Rainpaw slapped her tail over his mouth. "Let her come."
    Blazepaw nipped at her tail. "Why should I?"
    Rainpaw took a deep breath. "She's my sister."
    Blazepaw froze. "Sister? Prove it, Rainpaw."
    Rainpaw stood beside Breathe, who was shocked too. "See the resemblence now?"
    Blazepaw had to admit, she was right. They had the same face, their pelts were almost the same color, and the tips of their tail flicked back and forth at the same time. He took a deep breath. "Okay. Let's take her to Brightstar, first."
    "Fine." mewed Rainpaw and Breathe in unison.
    Together, all three padded out.

    Stalks vole, pounces, kills vole.

    At the end of the day, catches 3 voles and a starling.

    Ok Moonpaw, Im gonna teach you how to HUNT! Now *goes into hunting crouch* This is how you should look like. * Demenstrates* Now ill show you how to hunt, me first. *Sniffs air* Smells vole. Locates vole behind tree branch.

    Watch me. *goes into hunting crouch and stalks vole* When is tail length away pounces! Kills vole. Brings back. See Moonpaw? I shoudve started with a mouse, those are easier. But now you try.

    Evespark takes Velvetpaw out on her first hunting expedition. She teaches Velvetpaw the hunter's crouch, and how to sniff for prey. Velvetpaw scares away most of the prey, but manages to finish off a mouse with a quick bite to the neck. Evespark is proud of her apprentice. Velvetpaw delivers the delivers the mouse to the elders with her tail held high.
