Not back just wanted to post

I haven't been posting awile as you've probably realized but I wanted to let you know that I havn't forgotten I think about it almost every day when I could post again.  I just wanted to say that I may not be posting but that doesn't mean Ive forgotten. Im also still on the blogging world as I visit many other blogger sites. 

Brightstar's Story: Part One

Tanglestar was not a bad leader.  She was just quite, and not the leader type of cat.  She wasn't a well respected cat, not because she was mean but because she never showed any leadership or powerful say over the clan.  She never led the clan into battles and never chose to fight, which would ultimately come to hurt her.

3 moons after Tanglestar became leader 3 kits were born to Cloverleaf and Frostpatch in the heart of leaf-bare. Two of them died one day after they were born, so only one remained.  He was named Barkkit because right after he was born a piece of bark fell down from a tree and gave him a scar on his nose.

The medicine cat apprentice at that time was Blossomheart.  She received a prophecy the day the 3 kits were born at the moonpool, On that half-moon at the moonpool as she dream t, Graystripe, her father came to her and told her: "The time of peace has come to a end, a kit will destroy Thunderclan and all will be lost".

Brightpaw was bursting with excitement. It was time for his warrior ceremony after the ceremony he would keep a vigil for one night and then he would get to sleep in the warriors den, not have to do apprentice chores and he would get all the honor and responsibility of a full warrior.  He couldn't wait.

"It is time to make a new warrior for Thunderclan." Tanglestar said shyly.  "Doveheart and I agree that the time has come for Brightpaw to become a warrior.  Brightpaw would you please step forward."

I, Tanglestar, leader of Thunderclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. He has trained hard to learn the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn.


Brightpaw do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend this clan even at the cost of your life? I do.  Then by the powers of Starclan I give you your warrior name.


Brightpaw from this moment on you shall be known as Brightfire, Starclan honors you passion and you leadership and we welcome you as a full warrior of Thunderclan.

As the clan chanted his new name, Brightfire heard Barkkit complaining to his mother "Why can't I be a warrior."  Cloverleaf replied "because you're not old enough yet", "but I could be just as good as any other cat." As Barkkit stalked away a leaf fell in front of him, and in frustration he pounced and shredded it viciously.

5 New Warriors and an apprentice

It has come time for Newpaw, Adderpaw, Duskpaw, Poppypaw and Sootypaw to receive their warrior names! Their mentors have taught them well and I know that they will be warriors the clan can be proud of.

I, Brightstar, leader of SmokeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon these apprentices. They have trained hard to learn the ways of you noble code, and I commend them to you as warriors in turn.

Fawnkit, Oakkit, Sparkkit, and Firekit have reached their sixth moon and it is time for them to become apprentices.  From this moment on until you have recieved your warrior names you will be known as Fawnpaw, Oakpaw, Sparkpaw and Firepaw.

Blazefoot, Rainstorm, Brambleface and Breathe I think that it is time for you three to become mentors.

Blazefoot, you will be mentor to Oakpaw.  Teach him your strength.

Also I know some of the pictures are messed up, that's because I just got a new computer (a acer). Ill get them fixed ASAP.  

Also it's the half-moon so Iceflower and Dunepaw will go, so Dunepaw can be accepted by Starclan as a medicine cat apprentice.

4 New Apprentices

My Grandkits have reached their sixth moon and it is time for them to become apprentices.  Specklekit, Dunekit, Lilykit and Branchkit from this day forward until you have reacived your warrior names you will be known as Specklepaw, Dunepaw, Lilypaw and Branchpaw. 

I will be mentor to Specklepaw, I promise to teach her all I know.

I understand that Dunepaw has shown intrest in training to be a medicine cat, Iceflower do you wish to take Dunepaw on as your apprentice.

Ok then next half-moon Iceflower will take Dunepaw to the mooncave for his acceptance from Starclan.

Brightstar's Story: Prologue

Brightkit was born to Flowerpetal (daughter of Lionstar) and Bumblesting. He had a sister, Sunkit who died when she was 1 moon old. Brightkit became a apprentice when he was six moons old, his mentor was Doveheart. He grew up as a cat of Thunderclan, there was the good times, bad times, the sad time and the happy. Brightpaw's best friend was a cat named Duskpaw, Duskpaw was the son of Brightkit's mentor, Doveheart and Briarpatch. Duskpaw also had a brother named Brownpaw. So they all got there warrior names together (Brightfire, Duskmoon, and Browntail) and became warriors of Thunderclan, but that was when everything changed.

During the reigns of Firestar, Bramblestar, and Lionstar Thunderclan was a clan to be proud of, the most powerful clan in the forest.
Lionstar lost his ninth life three days before Brightkit was born. The leader to succeed him was Tanglethorn/star. Lionstar knew that she would not be a good leader, the reason Lionstar appointed her in the first place was because she was the most experienced cat availible. Lionstar did not expect to die while Tanglethorn was deputy because when he appointed Tanglethorn deputy he still had 3 lives left. He unexpectedly lost two more lives the very next day when he was ambushed by a fox and ripped to shreds. So Lionstar then realized that maybe Tanglethorn would end up being leader after all, and he was scared that Thunderclan might become weaker. Lucky for Lionstar it was a time of peice in the forest. Lionstar figuered that he would be able to not lose his ninth life before Tanglethorn joined the elders. But this was Lionstar's great fault because he didn't think to himself what other dangers there could be besides battle and sickness. Lionstar was out hunting one day and he spotted a mouse struggling to get out of a wire. He pounced and killed the mouse and brought it back to camp. He then ate the mouse and felt fine afterwords. When dawn came Lionstar was dead, Jayfeather, the medicine cat confirmed that his brother had died of poison and concluded that it must have been something he ate. They mourned Lionstar's death on that night an owl floated over the moon and blocked it out, this was a sign that the great reign of Thunderclan was at a end. The clan welcomed Tanglethorn as their leader, not knowing what horror lay ahead.

Brightstar's Story

Two cats burst through the thorn tunnel, a gray tabby tom and a black and white she cat. The tom said: "Brightfi-star, we need to talk to you". Brightstar suddenly remembered who these cats were. Ok Browntail, you and Swiftfoot may come to my den so we may talk.

What has happened that made you come so far to see me? How did you find out where I went after it happened?

We were forced to flee by Barkstar, we met some cats who called themselves The Tribe of Swaying Meadows, Swiftfoot said. They told us that they knew of some cats who lived in the mountains across the river, so we travled to the mountains and we met a cat named Sunstar. They seemed to follow most of the same traditions as we did and Sunstar said that there were more clans living around here. We left "Wispclan" and journed from place to place looking for some cats that could tell us where you were.

We finally met a cat who called himself Pine. We asked Pine if he knew where we could find a cat named Brightfire. Pine said that he had heard of a clan where there was a cat named Brightstar. He said that he was a orange and white tom and we figured it must be you, Browntail mewed. We followed his directions and here we are now.

So what made you come all this way to find me?

We have a message for you. Barkstar has conquored the lake making every cat do as he says and will kill them if they disagree. Know that he has fufilled his ambition all he wants is revenge on you. He knows that you're still alive and he says that he is coming to find you. He will stop at nothing to fufill that promise. He will come and find you, so all we have come to do is to warn you to be ready for him.

Thank you for this news Browntail and Swiftfoot, you may stay for the night if you wish.

It's okay Brightstar but we need to get going. Don't forget his attack could come at the least expected time so always be ready.

(Browntail and Swiftfoot then left the leaders den and padded out through the thorn tunnel)

As soon as Brightstar walked out of his den cats began padding over and started asking questions. "Who were those cats and how do you know them?" Bumblestripe mewed "Ya and what did they want with us" said Newlight.

Brightstar's heart sank. He feared that this day would come, it was time for the clan to hear his story.

I will be traveling to the Mooncave tonight to speak with Starclan. Cloudfire you will be in charge of the camp while I'm gone. Also Wisperpaw has joined our clan welcome her with me!

Song and Sandpaw

Sandpaw has told me that she would like to become a warrior apprentice, so that means that we have no med cat apprentice. Since Shinestar won the contest she will get to be the new med cat if she wants. Ill ask her ASAP. Sandpaw will need a mentor, Dreamwsih you have mentored many apprentices. You will be SAndpaw's mentor, teach her your wisdom.

Also Snowheart found a kit by the name of Song and by the training hallow and she wishes to care for Song. So she will join the queens in the Nursery. That means that Poppypaw will need a new mentor. Beewing I think it is time for you to have a apprentice you will be Poppypaw's mentor teach her your insight.

Pantherpelt you mentored Rainshadow well so I have decided that it is time for you to have second apprentice. You will be mentor to Adderpaw, teach him your courage.

Full Moon Tonight!

The warriors that I will be taking are Cloudfire, Icefrost, Newlight, Larksong, Pantherpelt, Brightflower, Duststrom, Feathernose, Doveflight, Falconswoop, Beewing, Bumblestripe, Appletail, Stonefall, Snowheart and Stripefeather

The Apprentices that I will be taking are Scorchpaw, Blazepaw, Rainpaw and Breathe. Darkleaf has also told me that she wishes to come. Every one else will gaurd the camp, Tigerpelt you will be in charge of camp while we're gone. We leave at sunset.

New Kit and new deputy

A new kit has joined Smokeclan, she is gray with black paws. She will be known as Sootykit. She is 5 moons old and will be cared for by Dreamwish for the next moon until she is a apprentice.

Also Dreamwish has stepped down as deputy so now she will become a regular warrior.

So a new deputy will be appointed! I say these words before Starclan so that they may hear and approve of my choice. Cloudfire will be the new deputy of Smokeclan.

Larksong, Lilypool, Appletail, Glimmerpelt, Stonefall and Bumblestripe this will be each of your first apprentice, train them to the best of your ability. Cloudfire this will be your 2nd apprentice, I have confidence that you will train this apprentice well.
